Don’t miss this special public talk with Gen-la Khyenrab, the Wednesday before the Dharma Celebration.

With so much uncertainty in the world, it may seem difficult to be happy and we can easily become disheartened and lose hope.

It seems, sometimes, that the events of this world have the power to weigh us down. Buddha taught that it doesn’t have to be this way.

In difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem.

Buddha taught that in reality whatever problems we experience come from the side of the mind.

Problems arise only if we respond to difficulties with a negative state of mind.

Therefore, if we want to be free from problems, we must learn to train our mind to remain positive and peaceful regardless of external conditions.

Join internationally renowned Buddhist Teacher, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, Resident Teacher at KMC Canada in Toronto and our National Spiritual Director, for this inspiring 90 minute online Public Talk.

Leave with the tools and the ability to practice Buddha’s simple, proven scientific methods, to tap into a reliable source of hope and happiness.

Everybody is welcome to this special event.
